Getting Help

If you should need assistance with any technology-related service, please use one of the following methods:

  • Best Method!: Send an e-mail message to helpdesk@pmc.edu. Include a message subject and describe the problem in a sentence or two in the body of the message.  Please use e-mail whenever possible when requesting assistance as we are quickly made aware of your request.

NOTE: The helpdesk staff will only visit your residence room to verify that the data jack is working. We do not provide support for student-owned computers.

The PMC IT Helpdesk is usually available Monday through Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm.
