In harmony with the Mission of the College, it facilitates the application of technology to teaching and learning, and encourages personal growth and achievement through the acquisition of technology skills.

Information Technology at Pine Manor

Pine Manor College enjoys a high-speed campus network. Students have access to e-mail, the Internet, and to computers located throughout the campus. Laptop connections are also available in many areas.

Software for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, statistics, Web page development, graphic design, desktop and electronic publishing, digital media, and specialized course software is available for student use on College computers in classrooms and labs. Students are provided with an e-mail account, network storage space for files, and 25MB of Web space on our community Web site at Community.pmc.edu.

Each residence hall room includes a high-speed Internet connection (one for each student) at no additional charge. Students are not charged a technology fee for the use of any computing resources.
