Vocaturo throws no hitter as Pine Manor wins 11-0 5-0

 Nashua, NH 4/15/06 – Nicole Vocaturo (Bellmore, NY) threw a no hitter with 13 strikeouts and Rachel Mastine (Manlius, NY) went 2 for 4 for 5 RBI's as Pine Manor defeated Daniel Webster 11-0 in the first game of a GNAC doubleheader.  Vocaturo walked two hitters and allowed only one player to put a ball in play.  Mastine had a career day hitting a double and a triple in the first game.  In the second game Megan Richmond (Milton, Ontario) shut out Daniel Webster, giving up 5 hits and striking out 12.  Senior Pam Pelletier (Beverly, MA) went 2 for 3 with runs scored scored in the game.  Pine Manor takes the field again this Friday at Suffolk University.
