Heralded newcomer who more than lived up to the advance billing this spring. Courtney led the team in almost every offensive category. She batted a staggering .509 for the regular season, drove in 51 RBI's and hit 9 homeruns. She lead the Great Northeast Athletic Conference in batting average, RBI's total bases and doubles. She is ranked fifth in the country in batting average, sixth in the country in slugging percentage (.935), and seventh in the country in RBI's per game (1.42). She was named the GNAC conference first team catcher and was selected as the second team catcher for the Northeast Region. Only one catcher is chosen for each team, meaning Courtney was voted the second best catcher in the Northeast Region.
