Gators fall to Framingham State

Framingham, MA
-11/21/2006- The Framingham State College women’s basketball team remained unbeaten on the young season with a 62-45 win over the Gators of Pine Manor College at the Athletic and Recreation Center tonight. With the win the Rams improve to 3-0, while the Gators fall to 1-3.The Rams were led by junior Christina Bordini (Chelmsford, MA) who picked up her first double double of the season with a game high 24 points on 12 of 19 shooting and a team high 10 boards. Also in double figures for the Rams were sophomore guard Allie Hart (Somerset, MA) and junior Robin Morrow (Belmont, MA) who chipped in 10 points apiece.
The Gators were led by sophomore Amanda Dennis (Haverhill, MA) who had a team high 18 points and a game high 14 rebounds.
The Gators return to action on next Tuesday as they travel to UMASS Dartmouth, time is still not determined.
