2007-2008 Basketball Coaches

Head Coach

Bill Boffi  - Bill begins his twelfth year with the Pine Manor Basketball team.  Boffi returns for his fourth season with the team after taking the winter off in 2003-2004.  Boffi helped the Gators return the Gators to the playoffs in 2004-2005 season. He looks to not only make the playoffs but make a run at the top teams in the conference this season.  During his tenure Bill has coached many stellar basketball players, this list includes 10 All GNAC selections, 2 GNAC Rookies of the Year, 1 GNAC Player of the Year, and 1 All-American. 

Prior to his arrival at Pine Manor Boffi was the Assistant Basketball Coach at Bryant College for three years.  Bill also spent one year as the Head Coach of the Freshman Boys Basketball team at Bishop Hendricken High School, Warwick RI, and one season prior to that at Cranston High School, Cranston, RI.  Boffi received his BA from Providence College, and his MBA from the University of Rhode Island.  Bill has many responsibilities at Pine Manor aside from coaching the PMC basketball team.  He is the Director of Athletics, Associate Dean of Student Life, College Retention Coordinator, and the Chairman of the Orientation Committee.  In his free time Bill enjoys spending time with his wife Monica, and his three children Maddie, Ben, and Brett.
