Chestnut Hill, MA-10/30/2006- The Pine Manor Volleyball team will travel to Springfield on Tuesday October 30th to take on Western New England College in the first round of the GNAC Volleyball playoffs.  Pine Manor finished as the sixth seed with a 5-6 record in the GNAC and an overall record of 13-13.  WNEC is the third seed after finishing 9-2 in the GNAC and 17-11 overall. In a meeting earlier this year the Bears defeated the Gators in three games.  This is the first playoff appearance for Pine Manor since the 2001-2002 season.
